We work alongside artisans in ways that feel right for them. From fair pay agreements and profit-sharing to buy-outs with ongoing revenue share and consignment, each model is built to adapt to the maker, not the other way around.

Transparency runs through our entire supply chain, because ethical production isn't a final step , it's a standard we hold at every stage.

Every sale gives back. A portion of each purchase supports causes we believe in, with selected pieces donating up to 100% of profits to charity.Beyond individual sales, we reinvest continuously through our Workers' Support Fund, backing artisan wellbeing, skills training, and long-term growth.
